Action plan
Electrofans is a key date for appliance retailers. It was originally called Electrofest and, with the name change, we were presented with the challenge of growing in the context of a not so well known event. The previous year's results had been below expectations. Everything changed with our joint strategy in 2022: we reached 95% of our target and doubled our market share, reaching 7 points in digital.
